This is the signature Ayurvedic treatment for helping to relieve stress and focus the mind, warm ayurvedic oil that is chosen to suit your doshas is slowly poured over your forehead and third eye in a continuous flowing stream which can have a similar effect of having had 8-10 hours of sleep after it - and who doesn’t need that!

This is an abhyanga with a twist, cloth bundles filled with ayurvedic herbs are dipped into hot oil and then firmly applied over the body in long repetitive strokes allowing the oil and the herbs time to penetrate into the skin and tissues - a double whammy of goodness for the body!

Often if there is excess toxins or inflammation in the body or an area is too sensitive to be treated initially we can start with a foot massage until we can directly treat the issue.
