I was a bit reluctant at first as I had never been to an Holistic Therapist Before, but as soon as I first met Lynette when she came to meet me at the main door I felt relaxed and at ease as she was very welcoming and chatty.

Usui Reiki

Start your weekend with a whisper rather than a bang. It's cheaper than a night out an no taxi home needed. Unless you are too relaxed to drive! Includes a goodie bag to continue your relaxation experience at home. 

A 90 minute combination of  Indian Head massage,  Relexology, followed by a Reiki energy rebalance. You will also get a goody bag to take home and continue the relaxation in the comfort of you own home. containing an essential oil candle, relaxation bath salts and a reikied crystal. Under your therapists (me!) strict orders you must go home run hot bath, tip in your bath salts, light your candle, put your crystal by the bath , switch off the light and melt away. When you go to bed, put your crystal under you pillow and have the best night sleep ever.
