The beautifully renovated first floor studio is fully equipped with Yoga blocks, bolsters blankets, belts, eye masks and meditation cushions.

An initial 90 minute session. Part of the session will be enquiry, and part practice, to explore the psychological, physiological and physical needs of the student for the purpose of having a personalised home practice constructed. This is followed up with a 1hour appointment to try out the constructed 30 minute home practice.

 The discovery call is an opportunity for you, the client to briefly share what issues/challenges you may be experiencing, and what you would like to achieve from coaching. We may have a gentle exploration into the issues you are presenting. This will enable me to assess the suitability of coaching which I will feedback to you with a loose strategy for moving forward. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
