A deeply relaxing massage therapy which involves applying pressure to the feet using thumb, finger and hand techniques.
 
Reflexology works on the basis that there are reflex points in the hands and feet which correspond to all organs, glands and parts of the body. Applying a pressure massage to these reflex points can help the body return to a more balanced state, which prepares the body to begin the healing process. This in turn creates a feeling of well-being.

Cupping is an ancient therapy used for centuries by many different cultures, and has a range of benefits including:
 
- Decompressing fascia and muscles
- Quickly reduces muscular tension and increases range of movement
- Aids in pain management
- Increases circulation to muscle, fascia and skin, and in turn increases oxygenation and nutrient levels of these tissues

 If you would like cupping on more than one area of the body please choose a 90 minute or 2 hour session.

Although cupping may look a bit intimidating it is not painful and the marks fade quickly. Cupping can be used on different parts of the body – not just the back!

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a special type of massage designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. The hand movements and sequences are gentle, flowing, rhythmic and very different from traditional massage techniques. 

MLD has powerful cleansing, relaxing and pain relieving effects. The majority of clients either fall asleep or go into a deeply relaxed state due to the slow stretching and light pressure techniques used.  

MLD relaxes the nervous system, reduces pain, and is effective in the treatment of a wide variety of problems including
- oedema
- skin disorders 
- headache
- sinus congestion 
- stress
- digestive problems 
- pre and post surgery to remove tissue congestion and minimise scar formation
