Swedish massage is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal for people who are new to massage, have a lot of tension, or are sensitive to touch.

The massage therapist will use a combination of kneading,
long, flowing strokes in the direction of the heart, deep circular motions, vibration and tapping, and/or passive joint movement techniques.

During your New Client Hypnotherapy session you will have an in-depth discussion about your life history and what the presenting issues are, as well as discuss an on-going treatment plan. This session also includes a hypnotherapy session based on our findings.

Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, injury, or imbalance. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.

During a deep tissue massage, your massage therapist will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Aromatherapy massages are best for people who want to have an emotional healing component to their massage. This type of massage can help boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety, reduce symptoms of depression, relieve muscle tension, and/or relieve pain.

The Magick Oak Aromatherapy Massage combines soft, gentle pressure with the use of local essential oils by Nomad Botanicals. You will consult with your Massage Therapist about which oils you are drawn to and which might benefit you emotionally. The oils are then diluted with a carrier oil and applied to the skin.

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column.

CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions including:
migraines and headaches, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), disturbed sleep cycles and insomnia, scoliosis, sinus infections, neck pain, fibromyalgia, recurrent ear infections or colic in infants, TMJ, trauma recovery, including trauma from whiplash, mood disorders like anxiety or depression, and difficult pregnancies.

It’s thought that through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

A Reiki session is a peaceful and non-invasive healing practice where a trained Reiki practitioner uses their hands to channel universal life force energy to the recipient. The recipient typically lies down fully clothed, and the practitioner places their hands on or near the body in specific positions to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage the body's natural healing processes. The session aims to balance energy, enhance well-being, and induce a deep state of relaxation for the recipient.
