Buccal/intra-oral massage is a treatment that works by releasing the muscle tension from inside the mouth though massage. You have deeper access to the facial muscles by working from the inside, so this technique is incredible for releasing tension built up from jaw clenching for example. It is also great for sculpting the facial contours. Releasing tension in the muscles and skin tissue to help maximise circulation and lymphatic drainage. Releasing tension in the jaw and helping tension headache sufferers and jaw ache. 
Booked as a stand-alone treatment includes a skin cleanse and some lymphatic drainage techniques. LED Light Therapy really compliments this treatment to reduce inflammation, so works as a great Add-On!

Buccal/Intra-oral massage 

This treatment is specifically designed for Teen skin in mind. Puberty is a challenging time without having to worry about skin conditions affecting a young person's mental health. This 60 minute Facial includes a consultation to assess skin concerns, skin cleansing, exfoliation, if necessary, massage for face, head, neck and shoulders, a mask to suit their skin and post treatment guidance with skincare and general living advice to support any skin issues. 

Add-on treatments that can compliment the 60 minute facial are;
- Crystal Reiki Therapy: which is particuarly good for anxiety, sleep insomnia, trauma, stress.
- LED Light Therapy: Blue Light can be very affective in helping with Acneic skin and may be beneficial when used as part of a treatment plan. Red Light is helpful for eczema and other inflammation.
- Back Cleanse: Ideal for any young teens experiencing back acne.

Tension Tamer

A 90 minute treatment designed for releasing upper body muscle tension and tightness in the connective tissue through massage. Ideal for tight neck and shoulders, as well as jaw clenchers and tension headache sufferers. 

Buccal massage/Intra-Oral massage is performed inside the mouth, wearing non-latex gloves. The massage is incredibly beneficial for TMJ sufferers (jaw tension), tension headaches as well as sculpting and contouring the facial features.

Tension Tamer + Buccal 

Traditional Reiki therapy infused with the healing energy of crystals. Reiki is conducted either hands on or off the body, aiding emotional stress relief, anxiety and often physical pain too. Blending the energies of both practices elevates the clearing of stagnant energy/blockages within both the physical body or subtle body energy in the auric field. Perfect for anyone feeling a little off balance.

Bridal makeup service for your wedding day. 
Service includes a full consultation and conversations regarding the look you want for your special day. Expertly applied makeup by Laura Tucker, a Professional Makeup Artist from London, UK, with over 20 years experience in the makeup industry, working in Television, Celebrity, Advertising and Fashion. Laura will be on hand for final touch ups ahead of you leaving for your ceremony.

Travel expenses, if you require Laura to travel to your hotel or home will incur an added fee. (please contact Laura for details). 
A 20% non-refundadble deposit is required to secure your booking from your total wedding booking price.

A separate pricing option can be selected to include the price of your makeup trial. The trial price includes 1 trial session that can be for 1.5-2 hours on a separate day. The trial is for the bride only. Any extra people requiring a trial will need to be booked separately.
