Let’s clarify your goals, challenges, experience, current stressors, etc. I’ll learn about you, your daily habits and your home environment to create a practice that addresses your goals and to ensure you have the tools for a confident self-led practice. We’ll make sure you’re prepared for our zoom one-on-one, tech-wise, answer any questions you may have, and schedule the zoom or in-person private session. 

2) Customized Yoga Flow on Zoom: 
    *Now available in person! (as of 6/2021)
 We’ll go thru the poses together so I can offer visual cues, assist and offer modifications. 

3) Follow-up: 
We’ll re-connect to check-in with how your practice is going, and any changes/adjustments or questions can be addressed.
