The service is always amazing. Cindy is very experienced and knows what she is doing and does an incredible job each time. I always leave feeling myself a little more than I should. Express fills are touch up on your set that needed more attention to a certain area of lash set for more coverage in area after that 1 week. Express fills will not be for removing outgrown lashes on this service since it’s time constrained.
