Body Code is a holistic healing system aimed at identifying and releasing imbalances in your body's energy system. The underlying principle of Body Code is that these imbalances can contribute to physical and emotional issues you may be experiencing.

 

During a Body Code session, I will use a variety of techniques to assess your body's energy and identify any imbalances. This may involve muscle testing or other forms of energetic assessment. I will then use a comprehensive set of charts and protocols to delve into various aspects of your health and well-being. This includes exploring potential imbalances in areas such as organs, glands, meridians, chakras, emotions, pathogens, toxins, nutrition, and more. The Body Code system is designed to address a wide range of potential imbalances and contributing factors to your health concerns.

The Initial Wellness Assessment is a comprehensive, 90-120 minute session designed to uncover your unique health blueprint and set the foundation for your wellness journey. This in-depth evaluation includes personalized blood type insights to optimize diet and lifestyle, three AO scans with frequency corrections to restore energetic balance, and tailored muscle testing to assess organ health and nutritional needs. You'll receive a customized food decode list to enhance energy and digestion, pH charting tools to monitor your body’s acid-alkaline balance, and a health planner to track goals and progress. A 20-minute Body Code session addresses emotional or physical imbalances, and we conclude with a personalized protocol featuring herbs, supplements, and other holistic recommendations.
