A deep, firm and slow pressure is used for this style of massage, great at breaking down knots and tension within the muscles. 
Great for if you are a gym goer or have a very physical job.

Deep Tissue Massage

A calming and unwinding style of massage.
Nothing too stimulating, but enough to help remove the build up of toxins and tension in your body and relax those muscles. 
Great for both the body and mind. 


Swedish Massage 

This facial is created to fully help you unwind, relax and feel refreshed.

Starting with an aromatic cleanse and tone, the warm mitts will help you start to relax and unwind.
We shall continue with a relaxing warm steam to decongest your skin and remove the toxins from the pores. 
Why not add on an enzyme peel to really help exfoliate away the top layer of skin. (see add on list)
If you have congested skin and blackheads we can add extractions on to help give a clearer looking complexion. (see add on list).
Once the skin is decongested and cleansed, we shall continue with a facial massage, containing stroking, kneading and knuckling techniques. 
We shall carry out some lymphatic drainage 
massage to drain those toxins away.
A targeted mask will be applied & neck massage carried out
Add on the Ice Globes for extra relaxation (see add ons) 
Finally a muscle relaxing gel will be applied around the neck area to help you feel fully refreshed.

After 3 months of using your new products or having your regular facials, it is advised to come in and have a complimentary skin review.
During which we shall re-analyse your skin and routines to ensure you are getting the best results possible.
Changes to your routine may need to be made after this amount of time, due to many factors. 
This is also a great time scale to be able to see the results of how far your skin has progressed.
With your permission, photos will be taken to track your journey.

Consultations

Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is a cosmetic procedure where your skin is intentionally pricked by sterile needles, to cause "controlled trauma" .
This will trigger the body into creating more collagen and elastin as it heals, resulting in more youthful and glowing skin.
Benefits of this treatment are...
- Reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Causes the body to produce more collagen and elastin
- Reduces the appearance of Hyperpigmentation 
- Improves skin texture
- Aids the skin to absorb more products, deeper into the skin, therefore you are getting more benefits from the products
- Reduces the appearance of scars or stretch marks
- Can tighten looser / sagging skin

Starting with a double cleanse of your skin.
*Numbing cream will be applied if using a deeper needle (30 mins)
Microneedling will take between 20-45 mins depending on area / areas being treated.
A Hydrating Mask, followed by Serums/Moisturisers/SPF applied to finish

Microneedling Facial

This facial is perfect for those who suffer with breakouts and acne prone skin!

We start with a double cleanse of your skin, removing any build up and excess oils. An enzyme peel and steam to the skin, removing all the toxins out of the blocked pores, we shall use an ultrasonic cleanser to aid cleaning out the pores.
On the areas that are congested we shall carry out extractions using specific tools.
Then using a high frequency wand, anywhere on the skin that you have some break outs we shall zap to encourage the healing process, due to the antibacterial properties. It prevents and minimises inflammation in the skin.
Once the skin is clear and decongested we shall apply a tailored mask for your skin concerns.
Whilst the mask is applied a neck, shoulder and scalp massage is carried out.
We then finish with a facial massage using the Ice Globes to really calm and soothe the skin.
Suitable serums, moisturisers and SPF is then applied.

The Deep Cleanse & Clear Facial

The perfect facial to help bring through your beautiful, radiant glowing skin!

Starting off with a double cleanse of your skin, to remove all the build up from the day, warm mitts and aromatherapy scents will allow you to fully relax.
We start with using the steamer and ultrasonic cleanser to really help decongest your pores as well as helping you unwind.
If you have a build up of blackheads and congestion, we can add on extractions if necessary. (see add on list)
Once the skin is thoroughly cleansed and dried we shall start with the dermaplaning. This exfoliation technique uses a scalpel to remove all the dull and dead skin cells and any vellus hair (peach fuzz).
Finally a targeted face mask will be applied to calm and hydrate the skin, whilst your having a wonderfully relaxing neck and scalp massage. 
Ice globes can be added on for an additional face massage at this point (see add on list).
We finish the facial with some serums, moisturisers and SPF.

The Dermaplane & Glow Facial

Do you suffer with BACNE, then this is the back facial for you...

The back is generally an area of the body that is neglected as is rarely seen, let alone looked after. 
Whether you suffer with "bacne" (back acne) or you just want to give your body the same beautiful glow as your face, this treatment is suitable and will be customised for everyone!

Followed by a relaxing lymphatic drainage massage to the face and neck area using a Gua Sha.

Lava Shell Massage is very similar to a Hot Stone Massage.
The Shells are used to warm and relax the muscles, relieving stress and tension in a gentle but effective and relaxing way.
The Shells have a special formula within them which helps them reheat themselves whilst stationary, therefore this treatment is a lot more flowing that a Hot Stone Massage, where the shells cool and need to be continually changed. 

Lava Shells Massage

A stress relieving décolletage, neck & scalp massage. 
Includes multiple massage techniques, such as stroking, kneading, frictions, and pressure points around the neck and scalp, feel your tension float away. 

Scalp Therapy 

Massage

A self heating and scented eye mask is the perfect way to completely unwind during your massage treatment. 
The eye mask self heats for up to 30 mins. 
This is the perfect “add on” for a full body lava shell massage or a scalp massage. 

Heated Eye Mask 

Using Ice Globes that have been kept in a fridge, we will gently massage over the skin, helping to penetrate products deeper as well as calming any redness (erythema) caused from stimulation to the skin. 
Ice Globes help to reduce any puffiness as well as increasing blood circulation, which results in a healthier and  fresher looking skin.

Ice Globes - Add On

Add on a relaxing and customised Jelly Mask to your facial treatment. Each Jelly Mask is specifically targeted for your concerns and is wonderfully relaxing and beneficial to your skin.
The mask will be applied and kept on the skin for 10 mins. 
Whilst the mask is on, a calming and tension relieving scalp massage will be carried out. 
Mask can be added on to any of the facial treatments.


Jelly Mask - Add On

Using a variety of tools, extractions to the skin will be performed to remove black heads or a build up of congestion within the pores. 

Manual Extractions 

An enzyme exfoliation peel is a gentle way of softening and exfoliating the skin cells to remove the top, dead layer of the skin. 
The product is applied to your skin and if any, an extremely mild tingling may occur. Majority of people do not feel even this. 
The enzyme peel is suitable for ALL skin types, including those who are sensitive, due to it being a more gentle approach to chemical peels. 
We then use a steamer to activate the enzymes in the peel and let you relax, while it does the work for you. 

Enzyme Exfoliation Peel & Steam

Milia Removal 

We will use of a facial steamer to help loosen any congestion and soften any dead skin cells.
After the skin has been steamed, we shall use both manual and mechanical methods to perform extractions where needed.

Steam & Extraction - Add On

An exfoliation to the skin, using a scalpel.
- Aids desquamation
- Removes dead skill cells
- Brightens the skins appearance
- Allows products to penetrate deeper
- Removes Vellus hair
- Reduces appearance of large pores

Dermaplane - Add On

Add On a Superficial Microneedling element to your treatment. 
I will use up to 0.75ml deep needle to infuse a Hyaluronic Acid into your skin. 
Also a great way to help work away those dead skin cells and increase cellular turnover and make way for the fresher, newer skin come through!

Brow lamination is a three step process. 
The hairs in the brow are neutralised and then permed into shape.
Brows are then tidied using wax / tweezers.
