I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your treatment in July. This was brought to my attention after your appointment when you arrived home to which responses were made back to you right away. Pictures were sent to me where I could not see the issue you raised and was not able to rectify as you wasn't willing to come back in. Partial refund was also given as a good will gesture. I hope you find a tech better suited to your needs.
