This treatment can be suitable for people suffering from leg muscle pain, ITB syndrome, patellar femoral pain syndrome and more 

Lower limb medical acupuncture 

This treatment will use massage to warm up the soft tissue and follow up with dry needling used on affected and around affected areas to be determined by the therapist. 

This treatment the therapist will work on forearms, upper arm, shoulder and neck area. If you want more body parts treated please book a longer appointment time.

Upper limb Medical acupuncture

Cupping uses small plastic cups applied to the skin with suction to decompress the muscle and connective tissues. It also promotes blood flow to those areas which promotes healing, and cellular repair.

During this appointment you will have cups placed on your chosen area which is usually an area where you experience pain or have an injury, your therapist can advise you on where is best. 


Specific Area Cupping & massage

Cupping uses small plastic cups applied to the skin with suction to decompress the muscle and connective tissues. It also promotes blood flow to those areas which promotes healing, and cellular repair. 

During this treatment you will have cups placed on all different areas of your body to cover a large range of muscle groups.

During this treatment the therapist will work on your: back, chest, shoulders, arms and neck. 

TPR upper body 

This type of treatment uses firm pressure applied to various areas of muscle and fascia to help relieve tension and pain. This type of massage can be quite intense but is one of the most beneficial for increasing range of motion and relaxing tension. 

During this session the therapist will work on your: feet, claves, shins, hamstrings, quads and glutes. 

TPR lower body 

This type of treatment uses firm pressure applied to various areas of muscle and fascia to help relieve tension and pain. This type of massage can be quite intense but is one of the most beneficial for increasing range of motion and relaxing tension. 

During this session the therapist will work on points throughout the entire body: Feet, legs, torso, back,  arms etc 

TPR Whole body 

Trigger Point Release

This type of massage has all the same benefits as MLD but uses a small bristle brush to stimulate the skin rather than a therapists hands. The brush helps to stimulate the skin and lymphatic system and is also gently exfoliating the entire body. 

MLD helps to boost the immune system and clear blockages of fluid within the body. This helps to decrease swelling from pregnancy, surgery or illness. 


Dry Brushing (MLD) 

This type of massage uses techniques to stimulate the skin, thus stimulating the lymph nodes and lymph fluid. 
This can help decrease swelling and clear blockages within the lymphatic system.
 This massage can help boost the immune system and some notice differences in their appearance and fluid is removed from areas such as the ankles, feet, arms. 
This treatment does not use oil or lotion and is best carried out directly on the skin.

30 Min Foot Massage

This service combines two treatments: 15 minutes of relaxing facial massage using a hydrating face oil and 30 minutes of head massage.

Facial massage is both a physically and mentally relaxing treatment that helps boost circulation, reduce inflammation and improve appearance of wrinkles, scars and acne. Facial massage also helps to ease jaw and head tension. 
Our facial oil contains: 
- Black Cumin, helps to protect skin 
-Organic Olive Oil, long lasting moisture 
-Camelina Seed Oil, that softens and soothes skin 

Head massage helps induce relaxation and melt away stress. Nerve endings are stimulated increasing blood flow, which soothes muscles tension across the hairline, behind the ear and in the neck. Regular head massages can lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormone levels and balance the nervous system.

This is suitable for those who aren’t sure what treatment they need or want. This can be for any pain or injury such as back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, tendon & ligament injuries, and more. 

FREE INJURY/PAIN CONSULATATION

During this consultation the therapist will get to know you and what pain/ injury you’re experiencing to determine a suitable treatment which they can discuss with you. 

You will also be given a set of exercises both stretching and strengthening to help improve mobility, strength and pain.
