I am here as a guide to empowering the integration of body, mind and spirit I utilize a holistic approach of modalities to assist clients in accessing the power in responding to adversity with integration of body, mind, emotion and spirit  We all have a potential of whole self w the  unconditional love and reverence for our collective journey. Hypnotherapy, reiki, EFT, Matrix Re-imprinting, and other modalities have transformed the way I respond to life's experiences and relationships, and assisted me to become aware the patterns and habits that blocked a life of Self Love and Wholeness.
