Remedial massage is a therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. Remedial massage is used to locate and repair damaged areas of the body and speed up the body's own healing processes. Can be claimed through private health care through HICAPS with Dee, Kerri and Helen only.

We incorporate our Island healing magic to apply pressure to your feet, whilst also providing relaxation and allowing tension in the feet to fade away.

Island Healing’s pregnancy massage is also known as a ‘pre-natal’ massage. It's a nurturing relaxation massage for mums to be. Performed by our therapists that are highly trained and specialise in pregnancy massage.

Pregnancy Massage

Myotherapy uses assessment, manual treatment and exercise prescription to alleviate pain, manage injuries and restore musculoskeletal complaints. 

Helen uses a wide range of techniques including massage, cupping, dry needling, joint mobilisations, remedial massage and movement to assist in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. 

Myotherapy can help with headaches, migraines, painful or limited mobility within the body, pain in the upper body including shoulders, wrists, elbows, arms and upper back. Pain or injury in the lower body including glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and lower back issues including sciatic pain and is able to provide relief for general muscle aches.
