I work out of Performance Fitness Gym in Eastbourne, offering Sports Massage, CBD Sports Massage, Dry Needling Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy and specialise in injury Specific treatment. I work closely with a number of experienced Personal Trainers in providing rehabilitation from injury. Equine and Canine treatments are performed at your own home/yard
