Holistic massage is a combination of various movements with moderate pressure. Rhytmical stroking and kneading of the body's soft tissues, soothing away tensions, relaxing and balancing mind and body. The technique is based on the Swedish Massage and can be used for relaxation, stimulation or rehabilitation of the whole body or part of it. This type of massage is benefical for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, improving circulation, decreasing muscle toxins, improving flexibility, reliving stress, encouraging relaxation.

Have your brows shaped (using waxing, trimming and tweezing) and tinted darker.  Lasts up to 3 weeks.

Eyebrow shape and tint

Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is more intensive than other massages and not always as pampering. It's used for chronic aches and pains, as well as contracted areas like lower back or shoulders or leg muscle tightness.

A very gentle treatment performed over the clothing. It will help removing excess of fluid, boost your immune system and support detox. Also known as Oncology Massage as it is very beneficial after cancer treatment or surgeries.

Tahiti inspired full body exfoliating treatment. Application of salt scrub and monoi frangipani oil to leave skin smooth and nourished followed by a back massage to relieve muscular tension.

Hot stones massage is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and soft tissues throughout your body. During a treatment smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body as well as used as a massage tool by therapist. The stones are made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. Hot stones massage may be a helpful way to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and ease pain and muscle tension. It may be helpful for a variety of conditions.

Hot Stones Massage 

Cupping involves negative pressure and suction. It creates a vaccum and lifts the skin up in that space and therefore creates a lift and release if soft tissue. It drains excess of fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions, lifts connective tissue and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscle. It is especially recommended for muscle tightness and cellulite.

Chinese Cup Massage 

A relaxation massage is a body hands-on treatment that uses soft pressure, stroking and rubbing of your skin to help you relax. Most massage treatments will relax you, among other things. With a relaxation massage, relaxing you is the only aim. I will use all kinds of techniques including long strokes, gentle kneading and rolling of skin and muscle, and perhaps some rhythmic rocking from side to side to leave you oozing with a deep sense of wellbeing. This is the massage to choose if you just want to chill out, and be pampered and spoiled.
