In this 75 min appointment we will spent time discussing your pregnancy and making a plan for massage. You will then receive a massage that is tailored to support you to flourish during your pregnancy.

If you have a high risk pregnancy, please discuss with Healthy Touch Therapies BEFORE booking your appointment. 

After this initial appointment, please book the 60min prenatal massages unless otherwise discussed. 

75min prenatal consult & massage (initial appt)

In this 60min appointment will have a quick update to ensure your pregnancy is progressing well, then we will get into providing you will a wonderful massage to help you feel relaxed in mind and body through your pregnancy. Each prenatal massage is tailored to your individual needs. 

If this is your first prenatal massage at Healthy Touch Therapies, please book the 75 min appointment which includes a more in-depth consult prior to the massage commencing.
