I had never had a facial before but Jess put me at ease &  I enjoyed the.experience.
I chose the relax & unwind which was nice.
My only criticism is trying to relax when you can hear hairdryers & conversation from the salon is a bit off putting

Georgia suggested an alternative for my sensitive scalp which meant I could still have my chunky, funky flashes of colour and I'm over the moon with the result!
