Thank you for your feedback Tracey. I appreciate your comments and as I said last night, I was extremely apologetic and unfortunately sometimes, client appointments do run slightly over. I always endeavour to run to schedule but on the odd occasion, it doesn’t always go to plan.
I do hope you accept my apologies again and I look forward to seeing you again in the future. 

My appointment was 6.50pm, however the previous appointment over ran by 15 minutes and although Gemma and the treatment were good once I got into the appointment, I feel being 15 minutes late for your own booking system is not too good.  Especially as this was my first ever appointment with Gemma, first impressions count. 
This won't stop me booking again but just something of note for the future.
