In addition, as we are a training organisation, sometimes things happen that are out of our control and we may have to cancel appointments. A visual posture analysis will be required so you may wish to wear a swimming costume or shorts 


Swedish Body Massage 

This is classed as a TRAINING session. An hour of treatment using a system of massage to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body.
Please do NOT book this service without seeking guidance (enquiries@phoenixhbnt.co.uk) if you are currently undergoing any medical or explorative treatments or have any issues with your feet.
You will be required to complete online consultation forms and receive a telephone call prior to the treatment as part of the therapist's development journey.

Reflexology to support wellbeing

If you love reflexology, this will take your experience to another level, it's a very diffeent way of working the feet.  We will balance your chakras through the feet, so you will feel invigorated and balanced.

You will experience chakra crystal placement on your body as well as having your feet worked with the Master Healer crystal - clear quartz

Crystal Chakra-ology

We have created a masterclass for qualified reflexologists who would like to be able to support their clients from diagnosis to remission. During the practical part of the training, we would like them to be introduced to clients who are at different stages of their journey to ensure that the psychological and emotional responses are addressed, as well as the practicalities that they may come across. We ask that not only do you enjoy a deeply relaxing treatment, but you are happy to share your experiences and talk openly about the effects of your treatment. 

Reflexology to support Cancer

Reflexology is a powerful treatment safe to use on almost everyone, however during pregnancy, you need a little extra care & attention.  All our therapists are qualified reflexologists looking to enhance their skill-set.
Massage during pregnancy is becoming an essential part of well-being to manage back pain and the other many common side effects that woman experience during the three trimesters.
We can only treat you if you are in the 2nd & 3rd trimesters and not suffering from any pregnancy-related condition.   Only available on dates & times shown in the Friends of Phoenix group email. - Please do not try to book other times and dates as it will have to be canceled. 


Reflexology to Support Pregnancy Masterclass

Not suitable if you have either Botox or facial fillers, anyone who suffers from severe acne, or migraine with auras, however, if you suffer from migraines or tension headaches it can also be helpful as it can reduce tension in the neck and shoulders as well as in the facial muscles.

Mian Dui is a facial ritual that encompasses a lot of different techniques.  Uplifting facial massage, facial reflexology, and crystal work. You will be laying on your back (you will be made comfortable with pillows) for an hour so you may feel this is not for you.
