Your First Appointment at Essential
When you book your first session with Aimee, you’ll begin with a short 10-minute consultation to discuss any tension, aches, pains, or relevant medical information. This ensures your treatment is safe and tailored to your needs.

Your massage will then last 20–25 minutes, during which Aimee will both treat areas of tension and provide a clear verbal report of her findings—helping you understand your body better while starting your journey to improved movement and relief.
