Sports or deep tissue massage is used to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation. 

Strokes are provided with a firm pressure to help alleviate any muscular problems. Depending on an issues you may have, the treatment may include some neuromuscular and shiatsu techniques.

Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure that uses fine crystals and a vacuum to remove dead skin cells. It can be used on the face, neck, chest, back and hands. The aim is to reduce fine lines, minor scars, wrinkles and age spots, and make the skin smoother and younger looking.

Luxury Dermaplaning treatment with a double cleanse, tone and relaxing massage. Deep exfoliating treatment removing all dead skin cells and vellus hair leaving you with gorgeously glowing skin!

Dermaplaning Facial

Starting with a hot cloth cleanser to rid the pores of any impurities, this is followed up with a gentle exfoliation to help remove any dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. A warm essential oil blend individually chosen for you is then used in a deep relaxing facial massage, where acupressure points are used to help rid the skin/face of any congestion and toxins. Finished with a mask to balance the skin and leave you feeling radiant.

Lash tint is applied to your  natural lashes to make them appear darker, perfect for those who do not wish to use mascara.

Patch test is needed at least 24-48 hours prior to treatment.

Lash Tint

This procedure lifts your natural lashes at the root and in an upward position, creating the appearance of longer, thicker lashes. To top off the treatment, a black lash tint is applied. This treatment is ideal for those that want a little extra oomph from their lashes without the maintenance of lash extensions. Can last up to 6 weeks. Patch test required at least 48 hours before treatment.
