We do understand that sometimes things happen out of your control and appointments need to be rescheduled. We do ask that you do your best to give us a minimum of 48hrs notice for cancellations or a late cancellation fee may be charged.

If you have never been to us before we recommend you pop in a few days before your appointment to do a quick skin allergy test.
