A ten minute consultation takes place in the relaxation room before treatments. 

Seonaid has combined her two favourite treatments of Reflexology and Facials after completing Bergman Method Training in Facial Reflexology.

onto your feet.   Using smooth, rhythmical touch to stimulate reflexes on your feet and face to release tension.  Your treatment ends with revisiting any out of balance reflexes and an endocrine balance.

At the end of your treatment take your cosy blanket and cushion through to the relaxation room until for up to 30 minutes.




Reflexology to Support Relaxation on your Face & Feet

Traditional Foot and Advanced Facial Reflexology with Back Massage

The treatment begins with client 1 receiving a
back massage and monu facial with mask in treatment room on their own.  Client 2 waits in relaxation area.

Client 2 joins client 1 in the treatment room and has their back massaged and facial oil applied.

Client 1 has their face mask removed and they can remain relaxing on the treatment couch or go through to the relaxation area.

Client 2 has facial reflexology and their face mask applied.   Another opportunity for client 1 to leave the treatment room if they have not already done so.

Snack/lunch break in relaxation room (please bring with you or order food) about 30 mins

Both clients return to the treatment room together client 1 warm towels, lower leg massage and liners.
