Clinical Massage- Chronic Pain Therapy 

Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands on treatment that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into connective tissue restrictions to eliminate tension, pain and restore plasticity of the soft tissue and motion. Myofascial Release-MFR is NOT a massage,  it's theraputic treatment.

Treatment involves gentle pressure, pulling or rolling of the skin applied slowly to elongate fascia. Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on the skin without oil.

Myofascial Release Therapy

Caesarean birth, known also as C-section can leave mother's with scar. On the outside scar can look fine however it doesn't mean it same on the inside.

When the C-section scar doesn't heal well fibrous tissue can form underneath the scar forming scar tissue, aheasions that can result in pulling sensation. If the scar is left untreated it can create various consequences.
C-section scar massage is a gentle and not painful specialized treatment that can help stimulate skin, mobility in deep layers of fascia to promote recovery, release pulling sensations as well promote circulatory and lymphatic system to promote healing and boost regeneration.

During the treatment you will be in side lying position accompanied by cushions to support your body.
