i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage.  I am suffering from Sciatica.  My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some  sleep last night for the 1st time in a week. Gua Sha is a term made up of two Chinese words, simply representing the theory behind this traditional medicine. Gua means to rub or scrape; Sha refers to illness.
