A hot herbal compress filled with organic herbs is steamed and applied directly to the body with a variety of specialised techniques. The heat, combined with the herbs are absorbed by the body and can help with aches and pains, increase lymphatic drains and condition the skin

Deep tissue massage aims to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. We  will slowly press our fingers, forearms knuckles and elbows into the skin with pressure. We will use slow, firm strokes to target deep tissues. We may specifically target knots in the muscles.
