In response, we’ve created a set of 1:1 meditation and reflective practice sessions that consist of a deep exploration into the background stressors, stories and narrative within, looking at where in the body and mind these experiences are ‘stuck’ and then explore preparatory practices, pranayama / breathing techniques, concentration, mindfulness, meditation techniques to help find that inner stillness, peace and calm.
