CONSULTATION
From brushed up brows to neat and defined, choosing the right brow look can be difficult. That’s why every Brows treatment starts with a consultation where our Stylists help you based on your face shape, skin tone and of course, your style.

CUSTOM-BLENDED TINTING
We follow the same ‘one shape doesn’t fit all’ ethos throughout every part of the treatment, including tinting. We custom-blend our bespoke Brow Dyes to create the perfect tone to complement your skin tone, hair tone and overall style.

HAIR REMOVAL
We use our exclusive brow mapping formula to design your unique shape before using a combination of High Definition hair removal techniques including waxing, threading, tweezing and trimming – all to create the perfect brow shape for you.

This service is intended for new clients who wish to have any previously applied product removed that was not done by me.
After the product removal, an assessment of your natural nail health will be conducted. 

If I am satisfied with the condition of your natural nails, the service can proceed. However, if there are concerns about your nail health, we will have a discussion, and I will provide guidance on the next steps.

The well-being of your natural nails is of utmost importance to me, and the decision to discontinue a service is made thoughtfully.

If I advise against a treatment, it is because I have concerns about your nail health. Please respect my decision and the guidance provided.

Removal of another technicians work. (For new clients wanting other services)

This service includes the removal of gel polish and/or strength gel, a cuticle tidy, and filing/shaping of nails.

It is important to clarify that this service does not cover the removal of soft gel tips, acrylic, or hard gel extensions. 

Please be aware that the duration of the service may vary based on the condition of your cuticles and nails due to your individual care routine.

I will make every effort to accommodate a repair appointment, but there may be occasions when immediate scheduling is not feasible. In such cases, you may have to wait until your scheduled appointment time.

For fixing broken nails, the approach will differ based on the severity of the break and the availability of time slots.

Please be aware that the cost is calculated per nail break, and additional time will be required to incorporate the repair into the original service appointment.
