It was such a calming experience. Tatsu was really gentle and literally the whole process was so smooth. I am highly sensitive and most places i go to they literally brush my hair as if it doesn’t hurt but today i didn’t even feel a thing. Also the best part was he really cared about the hair, he was taking time and details and was making cuts really precisely whereas the other places i go to always rush to cut my hair so the can get another customer in without discussing my wants. Overall it was lovely, he even told me to use my phone and as someone who is scared of socialising it was perfect

I think I finally found my favourite salon in London! After 3-4 consultations with other hairdressers, Aube Hair was the only one where I felt they actually listened to what I wanted and weren’t trying to upsell me on more treatments like other places did. Tatsu’s attention to detail is unmatched and I’m so happy with my balayage and hair cut. If you want to trust someone with your hair, look no further.
