Great experience with Shanice. She is very professional and always on time. We discussed how one of my locs was thinning and she fixed it for me without any hesitation and suggested preventative maintenance

Shanice was very nice and professional. The experience over all took way longer than expected. I arrived at 10:30a and didn’t leave until 5p. The color was not as desired. I asked for a specific color with inspo pictures. The color was a deep rich with dimensions to it. Initially the color came out bright orange. Shanice did put toner on it to correct it but the color looks like an all around color with no dimension. Over the weekend the color is already starting to fade so the orange look is coming through. I’ll have to get some correction done somewhere else or just let this grow out.
