I had another great physio session with Sally & Colm today as having massive issues with my back. As always a detailed verbal conversation was had prior to any massaging or needle work been carried out. After the 45 minute session i felt great relief & was able to straighten up the back & move more freely. Sally was direct & mentioned a few back strenghtening excerises going forward....old body, new parts needed.

Great to be able to see Sally today as have been in dier pain since last Friday. It was a struggle all weekend & especially it been a bank holiday weekend waa delighted to get an appointment as such short notice. Sally had her work cut out with me today as had bad knots & tightness in the lower back....Thanks to Sally & Colm they have me standing up straight, walking freely & been able to sit up straight is overwhelming....This woman deserves a medal . Thank you so much.
