My first experience of reflexology and I was genuinely really impressed. Nicola immediately puts you at ease and the whole treatment was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and takes real care in what she does. I came away feeling noticeably more relaxed, less tense and with a real sense of wellbeing. An excellent treatment and one I’d definitely recommend.and return for.
