I woke up with a really sore shoulder and a very stiff neck that I could barely turn. I went to Hands & Heart Wellness for a massage to get some relief, and I’m so glad I did. The treatment was excellent, and I could feel a noticeable difference after the session. The therapist was professional, attentive and really focused on the areas causing discomfort. I highly recommend Hands & Heart Wellness if you’re looking for a professional massage and some much-needed relief. Great service and a great experience! 👌
