overall, it was fine but I found that the artist was a bit rough. she also nicked my sister a bit with the blade and said it was because her skin was sensitive... but she's never had that happen before at any other brow places we've tried. that's it, thanks.

Naomi was great. Very professional and gentle. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the embroidery process. The studio is lovely and clean. Will highly recommend anyone wanting to get their eyebrows embroidered
