2 hours with May. Deep tissue? Yes. Brutal sometimes? Oh YES But I walk out loose, light, un-puffy and with a neck that can finally move again. Then Bahar looked at my tired hair and, of course, had a plan. Since I only do organic/non-toxic treatments on my hair: fresh sidr + herbal blend for the roots, then yogurt + rice for the lengths so we’re not fixing one thing and creating another. Roots nourished. Hair hydrated. Double win? Why not. Hair shedding results? Ask me again in 2–3 months. I’m making this a routine first, then I can judge😉 Stay tuned
