I visited EAD for a sports massage before my recent IRONMAN to help work through a few niggles and make sure I was in the best possible shape for race day. The treatment from Lewis was excellent, and I went on to have a strong race performance. After competing I returned for a full body recovery massage, which has made a huge difference. I’ve known Lewis for a several years and have always found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping his clients perform and recover at their best. Highly recommend.
