Absolutely love getting my hair done by Lelo. She ALWAYS does the absolute most with my hair and somehow manages to bring every style to life beautifully. What I appreciate most is how gentle she is. She genuinely knows how to handle and care for hair without being rough or causing unnecessary tension.

The experience was good, my daughter says the stylist was very gentle. The guys washing hair could be a bit gentler then it would be a great formula.
