Intense massage this time for a couple of very intense sore spots. The following day pulled up feeling very good with minimal pain and increased range if movt. Day two also feeling very good with minimal pain and increased range of movt so the intense massage seems to have paid off, now to see how long it lasts ! Thanks Kate 🩷
