I had a wonderful experience! Graziella was so lovely, friendly and down to earth, which made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining each treatment and everything she was going to do throughout the facial. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Her touch was so gentle, and the massage while I was waiting for the mask to work was absolutely amazing! I left feeling relaxed and very satisfied with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend her!
