I have never had a sauna before and it was such a relaxing experience. Kaylah was very kind and thoughtful. The experience ended with another therapist accidentally walking in which was a bit uncomfortable. But Jen more than made up for it. The warm oil therapy was incredible, Jen was amazing and being postpartum it was crazy how much I got to relax and even fell asleep, snoring. I can't wait to go back! The hair dry and brush was an unexpected bonus and I really felt taken care of which is rare for me
