Thought I knew quite a bit about aromatherapy but I learned so much today. Ruth is an amazing teacher. Discovered what to do and perhaps more importantly what not to do with aromatherapy oils. Got to make my own blends and products to take home. Fantastic course. Would definitely recommend this.
