Very easy and im glad the laser removal process was explained the way it was. It was pretty much how it was explained but not as painful as I imagined it would be. Very nice people and was made to feel comfortable straight away.

Went for a patch test today to get my eyebrow tattoos removed. They are "block" not light stokes. Patch test was great, and it doesn't hurt :) I've booked in now to get them removed. Emily was great, explained everything really in detail and was professional and polite too. Thanks Emily :)
