Debbie has been my hairstylist for many years now, and whenever I return to Dubai, visiting her at Locks by Loulou is always a priority! ❤️ She takes such incredible care of my hair, especially with my blonde highlights, always nurturing and protecting it while still achieving the most beautiful colour.
