Charlie was incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a few ideas for a haircut but wasn’t sure what direction to go in and Charlie gave brilliant recommendations and really took the time to discuss and understand what kind of haircut I wanted. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon and I’m so happy with how my hair looks - the quality of the cut is top tier and I feel like a new person! Thanks so much Charlie!! 🌟

I had such a lovely experience with Charlie. She really listened to what I wanted and, more importantly, I felt she was completely present and genuinely interested in understanding my hair. She took the time to talk through my hair type and what kind of cut would work with its natural strengths, rather than trying to make it something it isn’t. I really appreciated her knowledge and thoughtful approach, and I’m so pleased with the result. My hair feels great and the cut is exactly what I was hoping for.
