Brenda's intuitive massage is a standout service that leaves clients feeling profoundly relaxed and rejuvenated. This 60-minute treatment begins with a gentle facial cleanse to refresh and nourish your skin. I then perform a soothing facial, head, neck and shoulders massage designed to relax facial muscles, release tension. To enhance the experience, I incorporate the healing vibrations of a crystal bowl, essential oils, sensorial tools for creating a serene atmosphere that encourages deep relaxation. This holistic treatment leaves your skin rejuvenated and your mind at ease, offering a complete sense of balance and well-being.

This session honours both your body and your baby, offering deep relaxation, emotional support, and gentle relief from physical tension.

I combine intuitive touch with safe, customized techniques to soothe your back, hips, legs, and shoulders,  always respecting the needs of each stage of pregnancy.
Coconut oil and calming and save aromas create a sacred atmosphere where you can rest, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and your baby.

Prenatal Massage – 60 min

This uplifting & soothing session will leave you glowing inside out.
Nourishing and deeply restorative session begins with gentle cleanse and warm towels to make you feel
refreshed, followed by head, neck, shoulders and face massage and acupressure.
Treatment creates state of deep relaxation and tranquility.

Face Reflexology & Reiki  90min

A journey into the ancestral wisdom of Mexico. This ritual is rooted in the teachings I received during my certification in Mexico, as well as the time I spent learning alongside traditional shamans from Oaxaca, whose generosity allowed me to experience these practices through respect, tradition, and lived wisdom. From this foundation, I have created my own interpretation, one that honors these roots while reflecting my unique way of caring for the body.
The session includes an egg cleansing ritual, a herbal cleansing with a bundle of sacred herbs, and the use of *rebozos*, traditional woven shawls used to gently cradle, support, and guide the body into a profound state of relaxation, release, and surrender.

This is an invitation to set down the weight that doesn't always have a name, soften the constant chatter of the mind, and allow your body to remember what deep rest feels like.

What is an Intuitive Massage ?

This massage is a deeply personalized experience, created through connection and intuition. I tune into how each person’s body feels, adapting movements, and techniques based on their unique needs. The session may include a blend of deep tissue techniques with relaxing movements, stretches, and additional elements like  aromas, sensorial tools, soothing balms, and the gentle sound of singing bowls.
The treatment is designed not only to release tension from the body, but also to calm and support your nervous system,  helping you feel grounded, relaxed, and restored. 
My intention is to let your body intuitively receive what it needs.




Intuitive Massage 

A more immersive treatment that allows deeper work on the entire body, leaving you feeling renewed from head to toe. 

90 min massage

The most complete option. Perfect if you feel physically tired, mentally drained, or emotionally overwhelmed, as it gives time for a slower, deeply restorative journey.
