Belen was patient and listened intently - she asked questions and made sure she understood what my expectations were. The first appointment took a little longer than expected because Belen had a LOT to correct with my hair, but she never made me feel rushed and I am THRILLED with the results! After bouncing around to three different stylists, I feel like I've finally found my new home!
