Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If 48 hours has not been given you will be charged 30% of the appointment cost. No Shows are charged 50% of the appointment cost. If late cancellations or no shows happen on 2 occasions, you will not be able to book any future appointments. On occasion 1 - If late cancellation or no show feed are unpaid you will be temporarily blocked from making future bookings until fee is paid.
