Warm oil is an essential part of the process and, if the client would like, tiger balm is also very beneficial as well as aiding clear breathing. Deep tissue therapy includes stretching of all parts of the client’s body to relieve tension in muscles and joints. This means deep tissue massage is very effective at relieving muscular pain.

The therapy includes stretching of all parts of the client’s body to relieve tension in muscles and joints. This therapy is very effective at relieving muscular pain.

THAWEE’S Traditional THAI YOGA Stretching ( Firm Pressure )  

Hot lava stones are used for Professional, Spa Relaxing or Healing Pain Relief. The stones can be placed on the palms of the hands, soles of the feet and/or the back. The stones are especially effective in relieving deep-seated aches, pains and tightness in joints.
