Hi Amy, 

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your experience at the Sanctuary this time round. We are in the process of making changes in order to stop these issues occurring again, for example purchasing a new phone that isn’t quite so loud, and adding extra time to bookings so that there is less risk of running over. 

In terms of the noise by the door, we do have a nail bar near the room that you were in, and whilst we do our utmost to ask other clients to keep the noise down, it isn’t always possible to achieve this. 

We do hope to see you in the Sanctuary again at some point in the near future.
